At Danburg Properties of Boca Raton, we encourage our entire team to play a part in community service and involvement. Robbin Newman, General Counsel for Danburg Management Corporation, exemplifies the company’s commitment to this, supporting various Boca Raton and South Florida charitable organizations.
A long-time supporter of Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options (JAFCO), Robbin in June began serving as a member of the committee for JAFCO Motown Memories gala scheduled for November 17, 2012, at Turnberry Isle. Robbin meets monthly with other members to work on all facets of fundraising and event planning, with a particular focus on obtaining silent auction items and sponsorships.
Her work has been successful. Robbin has secured silent auction items from South Florida retailers such as Alchemist, Alene Boutique, E Collection, From Collars to Cuffs, Jewelry by Marsha, and Roger Vivier in Bal Harbour.
In addition, Robbin also helped land gala sponsorships from the Orthopaedic Center of South Florida and Newman Law Office, P.L., as well as Jamie Danburg on behalf of Danburg Properties of Boca Raton.
JAFCO is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in 1992 whose mission is to care for abused, neglected and special needs children in the Jewish community, and to work in partnership with families and the entire child welfare community.
