One of our largest and favorite neighbors here at Danburg is Costco. Where else can you get a hot dog and a drink for $1.50, and the price hasn’t changed since 1994. The frozen yogurt is also a favorite of ours at Danburg.  You’ll occasionally see us taking the golf cart over, and we have been known to bring some tenants along with us.

Everyone knows that Costco is a great place to grab a ten pound box of cereal or a year’s supply of toilet paper and that they have some of the best rotisserie chicken around. They also make those great muffins that we have at our tenant breakfasts.  I’ve also had a great experience with their photo printing service. You can upload a digital photo file to their site and pick up a 20”x30” print for $8.99 on the same day.

We met with Steve Dill, the marketing director of the Boca store to see how we can work together and what benefits we could arrange for our tenants. One thing we had no idea about is that Costco is hosting networking events. The next one is tomorrow , Tuesday October 18th from 7:30 – 9:45 at the store and the public is invited.  They will have a table for flyers and business cards. Steve is also offering a membership special for our tenants. If you purchase a $50 annual membership (which includes a card for your spouse), they will include a $10 Costco gift card. There is also a $100 executive membership that includes discounts on check and business card printing as well as travel specials.
