Tenants at Danburg Properties of Boca Raton often have unique needs that cannot be met in “traditional” office, industrial, warehouse or commercial space. They might have small corporate or shareholder meetings. They may welcome out-of-town partners or clients. They could plan some occasional, small event that their existing space simply cannot accommodate.

Those are some of the reasons we created the Danburg Conference & Meeting Suite.

This multi-purpose facility is located next door to Danburg Management’s offices at 7700 Congress Avenue in Suite 3104. It’s not designed for a large event, and you can’t book standing reservations. It’s designed to suit the occasional needs of our loyal tenants.

It was home to the recent Danburg Tenant Appreciation Breakfast, which saw more than three dozen tenant representatives join us for a morning of bagels, pastries and camaraderie.

The space includes a sitting area in the front, with couches and high-top tables for eight. It has a kitchenette and buffet line, as well as a restroom.

In the back, behind glass-paned French doors, is the conference room with a boardroom table an 12 ergonomic chairs and a wall-mounted flat-panel monitor for laptop presentations.

It also includes a cabinet and counter space ideal for serving refreshments during meetings.

We at Danburg would like to thank several tenants who helped bring this suite to reality. Cavastone provided the counter tops and table tops, and Christianson’s Woodworks provided all the woodwork, including the high-top tables, counters, chair rails, crown molding and conference table. Thanks to their input and generosity, all tenants at Danburg Properties of Boca Raton can enjoy this remarkable meeting space created as a value-added benefit to our tenants.
