From Carpools to Recycling to Smart Development, We’re All Conserving Boca Raton

As residents of Boca Raton – and a developer of commercial and warehouse property throughout the city – Danburg Properties of Boca Raton is committed to preserving the quality of life in and around our city. Moreover, as a landlord to hundreds of businesses, we work with them all to foster the highest quality of living in the region.
That’s why we often share ideas on what we all can do to help preserve precious resources.
Our friends at Broken Sound Club offer tips each week for conserving resources at home and the office. From recycling printer cartridges and using recycled printer paper, to using water filtration systems and filling reusable water bottles for home and office, the things we can do to help Mother Nature’s limited resources are, in fact, limitless.
In fact, Danburg Properties of Boca Raton is planning the next stage of resource conservation and amenity-rich living by implementing planned mobility development into the residential and commercial properties slated to reinvigorate the city’s Northwest Sector.
By encouraging carpooling, trolleys, bicycling and pedestrian-friendly infrastructure, we will increase foot and bike traffic and decrease commuting and car traffic throughout the area.
This will mean less congestion, less pollution and our ability to maintain a higher quality and standard of living throughout the sector – and greater Boca Raton.
What can you do to reduce your carbon footprint and consumption of resources? Share your ideas with us – and we might share them on our Danburg Facebook or blog.
