Technically, this is the last time you’ll be hearing from Danburg Management Corporation.

But fear not.  We’re not going anywhere.  We will continue to keep you informed on issues that matter to business owners in Boca Raton and around South Florida.

So what’s changing?

Our name.

You will now be hearing from Danburg Properties of Boca Raton.  We have been Danburg Management Corporation for nearly 30 years.  For some time we’ve realized that Danburg Mangement Corporation does not fully describe who we are and what we do.  With over 9 million square feet of additional commercial property in Europe, Danburg Management Corporation made sense — and will continue as the corporate entity, but domestically we really are all about Boca Raton and thus the more descriptive new name.

Danburg Properties of Boca Raton, under the leadership of Jamie Danburg, owns and operates approximately 1 million square feet of office and warehouse space in Boca Raton, Florida.  With new projects under development, we are also adding retail and multifamily housing to our mix of top-shelf properties right here in Boca.

We live here, we are headquartered here and we are actively involved in the community.  It was only appropriate, and with a great deal of pride, that we add Boca Raton to our name.  As Danburg Properties of Boca Raton, we will continue to emphasize that these are properties that we own and operate, that we are local, and take pride in our community and our responsiveness to the needs of our customers.

We hope you’ll agree that this change helps you to better understand our core business and our commitment to you and our community.  Finally, we have put Boca Raton in our name to affirm that the promotion of business in Boca Raton is an essential component of our overall strategy and vision.
