Planned Boca Raton Residential Real Estate Development to Be Pet Friendly

If you’re an animal lover who believes that “dogs” are people, too, then Boca Raton may become the perfect residential community for you – and your pet. Plans are in place to build a new type of multi-family apartments in Boca Raton’s Northwest Sector, one that would bring a host of amenities to make owning a pet more enjoyable and owner-friendly.
The communities, designed for educated, high-income employees who work in the nearby businesses, will be pet friendly all around. They will include dog runs and small dog parks. These fenced-in areas would let dog owners unleash their pets to run and play with other dogs in a safe, enclosed area. The parks would feature tunnels, see-saws and other agility equipment to exercise canines in need of release – and low-level watering stations to provide proper hydration for the pets on hot and cool days alike.
Throughout the park will be pet-friendly waste stations with plastic bag dispensers and garbage bins for dog droppings – and signs requesting owners curb their pets.
Nearby, benches beneath shaded pavilions or the canopy of trees will have wireless Internet and electrical power. This will allow pet owners to work, chat or surf the ’net while the dog explores the park.
Clean dogs are happy dogs, but sometimes owners need a simpler way to wash their pets. For those dog owners who would prefer to wash their pet outside the home, outdoor washing stations will allow the pet to be bathed in an facility designed to be pet-friendly and environmentally safe. Drains will capture soapy water, ensuring it doesn’t pollute ground water.
As owners of Risky the pug and London, the world’s top winning and ranking world champion standard poodle, “pet friendly” is not just a slogan. At Danburg Properties of Boca Raton, it’s the way we do business.
